i use retin-a and at first it almost makes your skin worse. this is because its really just getting all the stuff out of your skin. your skin is red because retin-A basically speeds up your skins process of creating new skin ( which includes getting rid of the top layer of skin faster ) retin-a is a pretty harsh cream, so i would stop using all the other things on your skin because you may be irritating it even more with those products. switch to a light face wash for sensitive skin, that has no harsh ingredients. your skin should be beautiful with retin-a just be patient! good luck!
